What's the best money management tool?

So I downloaded something called BudgetTracker, Inc. I even paid thinking it would link to my bank to help me manage my money better. It doesn't. I checked out mint.com, the free one, but it doesn't have my credit union. Can anyone recommend any other money management software? Is Quicken any good? I'm looking for one that will have my credit union. Thanks!
