My 17 months old baby is losing weight and have serious cough and cattarh?

Hello all, please help me with this problem, my beautiful once plumby angel has started losing weight, suddenly, she just stops to eat as before, she is just passing saliva from her mouth every time, and she has started looking lean especially in her face, am not happy and proud as i used to be before, will she regain her appetite and start to eat well? maybe because she has started bringing out the inner teeth or what? and that apart, of recent, she started having cattarh and cough, what good cough syrup will i use for her? and in my case, i will be 40 weeks pregnant on thursday, with my second child, am not having any sign that the baby will come out any sooner, no mucus, just white discharge and braxtion hicks contractor from time to time, in my first child, i was induced, will i also be induced in this second one? my friend that both of us suppose to have our baby the same day, has put to bed since March last month, am suffering from the heaviness and stress of having to go to work everyday with the pregnancy and i dont want it to extend past 40 weeks and moreover, i dont want to be induced because i sufered hell from my last child. Is there anything i can do to quicken labor or will it eventually come out when its 40 weeks? please help a worried mother. Thank you all
