Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland OH?

I'm traveling all the way to Cleveland from Florida, and I've never been there before so I was just curious if the arena is nice and all? Also, my tickets will be in the first ten rows of the floor, (VIP pass thing), are these good seats? Thank you!
