18 no permit dissapointed?

Hey all first time here anyways Im 18 and currently doesn't have a permit. I been studying and still failed and The place I take it is really annoying. Crowded people around me so I get claustrophobic and I think thats the reason why I fail. All my friends have a permit or getting a license please help on advice? thanks and does age really matter Im plannning to go to IU
