How do i get Quicken?

I upgraded from XP to 7 (Windows) and backed up all my files. I see the Quicken Folder in Program Files but don't know what to click on to open up Quicken. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a dell dimension 2400 if that matters. Again, I see the Quicken folder and files inside but don't know what to click on to open up the actually program. Thanks!
