What's best for Nissan Frontier Crew Cab?

I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier SE Crew Cab and I'm struggling to find the right sound system for it considering the limited space. I've been looking at two things, the MTX ThunderForm for the Frontier and the JL Audio Stealthbox for the Frontier. The JL puts out 300 watts RMS and the MTX puts out 200 I think. I'm not too worried about price but I would like to get the best bang for my buck. They both are sealed boxes and the low wattage makes me concerned about how loud it will be. I want my sub to hit hard but, I also want to keep sound quality. I've never had a sub so I have no idea what the wattage will sound like in my truck but, I'm guessing since the sub will be in the cab with me, I won't need too much wattage.
