Is Quicken Loans legitimate?

My wife was recently pre-approved for a maximum mortgage amount of $140,000 with a yearly income of 35,000. She was pre-approved in less than an hour, and we have a pre-approval letter from them in hand. I am somewhat skeptical and afraid of hidden costs or fees at closing. We are first time home buyers. Anyone have any experience with them?
