How to loose weight on targeted areas?
I really want to loose weight on my thighs, bum, hips and stomach (also some on my back as I have prom coming up and is wearing a corset and don't want flab hanging over :L). So does anyone know any exercises to loose weight for these areas? (not tone, as I don't want to tone my body yet). Also does anyone know any food that helps target these areas or any old tricks to quicken up the weight loss? I know I'm not instantly going to loose weight but I want to get down to 9 stone in 3 weeks. I am currently 10.76. I have already lost a stone, though I have gone up a dress size on my trousers as my thighs have got bigger. HELP?
