2 channel amplifier+ Subwoofer?

Im guessing the subwoofer specs you posted are peak and not rms. If the sub is 300 watts rms just like the amp, then that would be a decent setup for a hatchback. I would add the tweeters if you can just to make the overall sound quality better.
